Charter Conditions

The rental Price INCLUDES:

• Tax (VAT),
• Boat liability insurance,
• Croatian navigational permit,
• Charter license for the vessel,
• A clean vessel with full gas and water tanks,
• High quality bedlinen, dishes and cutlery,
• Rubber dinghy,

The rental price DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Fuel,
• Transitlog 150 eur
• Final cleaning service 200 eur
• Residence registration fee for the crew,
• Health-and-accident insurance for the passangers,
• Crew.
• Tourist tax
• Marina and berthing cost.
• Water, electricity and local taxes during the charter period

Method of payment:

Method of payment:

• 50% of the rental price immediately after booking confirmation,
• 50% of the rental price at least 4 weeks prior to the rental date.
• Deposit payable on the spot, in cash or by credit cards (Amex, Visa, Diners, EC/MC).
• Extras payable in cash only.

Discounts:

• 10% for early booking, valid until 31th Jan 2011
• 5% for regular clients
• 5% for two-week charter
• 10% for three-week charter

Check-out: next Saturday, until 9.00 h.

Crewed charter

Crewed charter includes a captain and a chef. Together with the Captain, you decide on an itinerary and provisions. The Captain knows all the good places to go and the best time to be there. You don't need to worry about the cleaning, the cooking and the safety of the yacht, as the two of them are a perfect crew.

This option of carefree charter includes an Advanced Provisioning Allowance, which means that you will be asked to pay 25-30% of the charter fee in advance. This is given to the Captain in cash prior to your charter. The Captain deposits the allowance to the yacht's safe as petty cash funds and uses it to buy fuel, pay daily berth costs and provision the yacht with food and drinks per your preferences. At the end of the charter, the Captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. The one responsible for provision of food and drinks is the Chef, who by means of a dinghy can easily leave the yacht and launch a search for all the blessings the Mediterranean has to offer: buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen, get seasonal fresh vegetables directly from farmers. Later during the day, enjoying on the stern deck, the yacht's terrace, you will be served some of the most tastiest dishes of the exceptionally delicious and healthy Mediterranean cuisine: fresh fish and lamb specialities, extra virgin olive oil, air-dried ham (pršut), sheep s milk cheese, all of them combined with a great choice of excellent domestic wines.
